Doesn't have any information that can be verified - what is the ticker symbol - what is the name of the Nasdaq Holdings company that was supposed to have been acquired.

There seems to be very little information about Yaoliu Health Technology Co., Ltd.

I am not certain they exist.

Looks like Yaoliu Health Technology Co., Ltd. Was previously listed on the Chinese Shenzhen stock exchange. It is very hard to look up if you don't read Chinese
