Because the slimy scumbag founder of this pos - gregg sullivan used the information it contains to defraud the public in the .10 cent stock offering he did and subsequently filed a form 15 and cut n run like a coward and a thief in the night.
If one looks at all the red lettering surrounding that gtrq fraudulent information it pretty much spells everything out quite well.
