Agreed. Unfortunately, I think Jan was put in a bad spot when the sp languished, preventing him from drawing on the equity line in order to help fund operations. He needed to keep the lights on somehow while the agricultural side of things fell into place. Unfortunately, that meant getting into bed with some toxic lenders. I don't think we'll see that as much in the coming quarters. We probably won't kiss them goodbye entirely until the equity line is a viable option, though. All JMO.
