Joshua is currently representing OSCI in a Florida action in Federal Court filed by a Judgment Creditor of GEGI.

Apparently, GEGI transferred $505,000.00 to a Pizzoferrato owned company and that money was ultimately used to pay the $349,000 bond , which is the basis for OSCI's claim to the Mav5.

The Judgment Creditor is trying to unwind the $505,000 as a fraudulent transfer.
