Company offered $1,000 per store per year as the "worst case scenario".

They also announced it was in a convenience chain with 10K stores in the US.

It is wrong to impute $10M from those statements. They did *not* explicitly state they were in all 10K stores because that's basically impossible for the reasons I stated previously.

For reference, Marley did ~$7.5M in net revenue in 2016; and before we bought them, they were on pace to do about ~$4M in 2017. The $4M was us managing them though, grinding out the unprofitable accounts, to turn it around, and built it back up.

$4.5M for Marley Yerba Mate over the future twelve months is a decent working estimate and assumes a successful launch.
