we'll see a counter by Ronin - immediately because it seems they have things well planned out.

Maybe the only way Ronin stands a chance is come forward with guaranteed revenue from a customer they know that wants Avid to produce for them....and that revenue substantially increases Avids revenue, which in turn would possibly spoil a pending deal based on some multiplier of current or already established Avid rev's....

I imagine if Avid has some deal ready to be announced and it was based on $55M expected rev's(If so....this may explain the lower rev guidance ).....vs a guaranteed $100M if Ronin shines the light there....then we have a spoiler alert....

I am sure we will see some action coming our way....hopefully all will be pleasantly surprised
