Ock, I remember doing some dd on ALRT back in 2013. Shied away from it because of their financing but kept it marked. Didn't see the alert until it was around .04 - .07. Took a lotto ticket anyway. There are some options that will very likely get exercised and it will be very interesting to see if they file to regain compliance or if they just go private. I think they would file to become current at least before they go private though. Likely will be in play for a week or so. Certainly will have the volatility. Love seeing sleepers come back to life. I know a friend that is bouncing for joy seeing them back in the game. He's been with them for years.
