I'm looking for a Delaware lawyer, right now, too. A shareholder's lawyer. You could probably just pick one, pay them to do the dissension notice for you.
If you don't do it right, I think they will tell you and you are back to the merger consideration.
If you do, do it right, I think you have 60 days to rescind it for the merger consideration.
I believe you have to do the petition before 120 days has passed.
If I do something stupid, it's my fault.
If they find a technicality or play games and disallow my appraisal rights, I intend to launch a class action, breach of fiduciary duty lawsuit and load it with everything I have found (hopefully find more).
