According to the company's press release, both consortiums have expressed a strong opinion with regard to the importance of learning from testing that the company is sponsoring at university veterinary centers. They have also encouraged ADMD to publish the results in a scientific journal.

This is merely encouraging, not a ringing endorsement of the product.

This is wishy-washy non-committal verbiage, at best.
