They expected a reaction. That's what they said. And given the "news" had little to no verifiable substance and was only an announcement of negotiations for an LOI that would supposedly lead to another set of negotiations to create a deal that would have to be signed, executed and then get paid for from an unidentified Eastern Europe country before BVTK would see a cent...and they expected that tweet from a private company to impact BVTK's stock price????
- It wasn't disclosed on a wire service - You could not get to that "release" via ANY link on Darkpulse's homepage - BVTK did not PR it....
Yet they expected a price bump in BVTK?????
That is as much as admitting that was the sole purpose for the tweet yesterday.
