Once the 10-day halt ends (midnight 9/25 I believe), NEWC might trade on the grey market as soon as 9/26. I say "might" because there is no guarantee that a broker will accept an order to sell this stock anymore (especially if it has been revoked). Even if you get an order placed on the grey market there is little likelihood of it being filled.
