I don't value who files a companies S-3 and as a trader of this stock for 5 years i think its history is very relevant, The people who run PMCB now were brought in by those shady people who were rewarded with $millions As a golden parachute on their way to retirement. I see a CEO who has paid himself tens of $millions since he has been here while missing deadline after deadline. Promises of trials in 2015,2016,and now 2017. I see a completely out of control share count and growing rapidly. I have nothing against the people who believe i just think they are wrong about this company and the technology and i don't believe for a minute they have or will have a partnership with any credible company. I trade this stock because it has always been predictable. I hope i am wrong and you all hit the lottery but i will trust my gut on this one and continue my trading until i am wrong or people just finally realize that there is nothing going on here but share selling. IMHO...
