Don't forget - he needs foolish "investors" to stump up at least $30,000 a month so he can get his salary paid.

Message to Riggs: Sir, you need to cut your salary to $1 a year, effective immediately. All other Officers and Sr. Management should accept a meaningful pay cut (20% or greater). If you don't get serious about expense management, this company will be dead in under a year.
