Thanks for those insights, River. So Q3's EPS already got full expensed for the settlement to Alex Chen? That's great. I'm not at all concerned about the deduction from cash since at some point (the timeline not defined in last 10-Q) they're getting that nice big cash pile on the return of the advanced monies to Singapore Metals.
