I agree with the sentiment expressed in the letter. I have been to southern Africa, where blacks are taking over from an economically successful system. It worked so terribly in Zimbabwe that they will try it again, but this time it will be a raging success. Not too many decades ago, what was then Rhodesia, produced enough food to export huge surplusses to the rest of the world, The same with South Africa. Those surplusses in what is now Zimbabwe are gone. Inflation went throuh the roof, people are starving and yes, living in mud huts, and the only enterprise that brings in money is safari hunting. Whole families live in each of the tin roofed shanties in the photo below. Things are great for blacks since taking over some countries in southern Africa.
