I had thought you were referring to my conjectures, in as much as my post referred to them as such. Sorry for the confusion.

As for the next PIPE, I know of two shops that have looked at the deal. As I said in an earlier post, it's all about the terms of the PIPE. The actual fundamentals play a minor role, until the 11th hour and 59th minute and even then if the protections are sufficient they will proceed.
