for some reason , Someone likes selling at 3... id space it out and let it breath and sell higher in smaller qt's and draw more attention on the movement upwards, then stalling here for so long at endless 3s ... some may get tired and leave it doesn't leave 3 soon ... I'm not talking abt a huge step up , but small steps do help over idling at the same level for so long... all imo..
