it means no trading for 10 days (2 weeks basically) and then begins trading on the grey sheets with no market maker quotations. According to the SEC requirements, a 15c211 needs to be filed and sponsor mm, to get back to normal trading... unless the company files with the sec a request for review etc and it is deemed valid and trading reinstated. We'll have to wait and see
