Unfortunately the SOS incorporation has nothing to do with the fact EVTI has not filed with the SEC in two years - as the SEC puts it, EVTI is severely delinquent in filings/financials, that's the fastest way for EVTI to be suspended.

The volume says insiders are dumping, that's what the Form Ts and W trades expose.
