Yeah Foose at this time, we're making a nice climb back from Friday's after market joke. Earlier post from you indicated you had cash on hand for buy in.

You going to strike?

I am under the impression (and could be off) thinking the S3 has been filed for exercising options previously awarded to APDN employees and Board members purchasing warrants at the strke prices awarded. All higher than current PPS.

I also DON'T understand how thai is NOT dilutive (per Sanjay's Friday Night reply).

Dichotomy. We've known of the options for a while. My inclination is our Board knows of an eminent rise.

Seems very positive despite the dilution.

Straighten me out here.
