Hardly IMO. ONCI just testing the waters here. Huge gap up from Fridays close price has to stabilize in order to be healthy. Bases are built brick by brick and tick by tick. Remember this is NO PUMP AND DUMP BS TICKER. This is the real deal. The way this thing trades it is going way beyond where we are now but to get there bases have to be made and secured. $$$$ONCI$$$
