Uh, there is no talk of a reverse split, only a retirement of shares. That won't affect anyone's share price, except that it 'might' go up because of trader sentiment.
A share reduction without an RS is a very positive thing. They've also said they will reduce the AS, which is another positive thing.
With the business taking off like it seems it is doing, they will have profit to pay off (convertible) debt AND buy back shares. Nothing but positive signals from my corner of the world.
Uplisting will take care of itself if the company is half as successful as it appears it can be.
