We you meet with the CFO ask her why the recent insider buying is disclosed on the financial statements as Notes. I'm guessing that the financial statements are correct. I don't get the need to misrepresent what is clear in the financial statements. The fact that insiders are investing in convertible notes is a positive not a negative.
