This is what McCusker sold shares on, except without letting the public share holders know in a PR he was given notice to evicted his office.
He touted some new acquasitions, while not having a real plan and all his base employee's were subssquently and saddly let go. The main office was shuttered due to lack of funds. This is a major flag, to see a company move away from a legit entity with employee's to nothing. (Warning!!!)
Not a poster child for an upcoming legit company, for real... while blacked out Info wise, and without addressng invetors queries.
