Filing an SEC report late or delinquent does not in anyway shape or form mean that Dominovas Energy Corp is quietly going away.

That has to be the most ridiculous statement and attempt to scare off investors, or potential investors I have heard or read. Why are you attempting to scare investors off with your opinion. Facts speak much louder then your negative opinions.

Fact is yes Dominovas Energy Corp is late or delinquent filing their SEC report. That does not mean they are going away.
