any poster saying they know current share structure is blatantly putting out false info in my opinion... The TA is gagged and IR would not and could not disclose that info... so current share structure is unknown until next financials or TA is UNGAGGED.. IF you wait until next financials to find out the dilution cycle then your investment is questionable... Until some real contracts are finalized and some SEC filings pertaining to them than this is a questionable investment..
