BMXC is a SEC filer - they are required to have the 10-K financials audited - she only did what was required - it isn't like she did this for transparency.

The Audit fee was only $16,250 - which is extremely inexpensive for audited financials - most are closer to $100k for real companies.

Nothing magnanimous about the audited financials.
