I own zero shares of this. 70 million is a drop in the bucket compared to their AS (and the convoluted "corporate structure" they have created), but you should ask for a seat on their board or raise some hell with the company or SEC. Such a long shot it's almost pointless, but those are your realistic options with VPER. Nobody on a message board is going to do anything.
Don't we all! I too own a substantial amount of Viper stock. I will remain so. I've learned to avoid spending too much time on this board. Unfortunately not all posters are rational. Hope you can hang in and reap rewards for your perseverance.
