Not by a long shot...there are still notes that have yet to become two years old which can be converted and sold when they do (if BVTK is still not current by then). There is at least one or two in October. If they become current, ANY note more than 6 months old will be eligible for conversion and immediate sale into the market.
This sounds exactly like what was heard in July when the conversions stopped temporarily and many suggested they were done. But we know what happened come the beginning of August.
