The warrants are neither illegal nor unconstitutional. You don't get to define what those terms mean, the courts do.

Warrants are not unconstitutional. May be unethical or unlawful given that FnF never needed Gov consevatorship or bailout. Gov should have honored pre-approved statutory credit lines if FnF ever needed it.
