While in school, we we're taught that there are three branches of u.s. government, executive judicial and legislative and all branches are independent of each other. Hahaha it is also bogus and judicial is fully under the control of executive at least that's what I've been seeing in the Fannie Mae case for the last decade. When you have so much evidence available week in week out, none of the codes are the judges Sweeney or have the guts to be honest reason God only knows???
