That was discussed at yesterdays BOA presentation. Q IR stated that the judge ordering such (mandatory settlement conference?) is typical.

Of more interest is the Q’s reply (& BRCM’s response- “false & incredible accusations”) in the LAT article you highlighted above.

One would think that the Q when making such a brawny accusation has the facts to support such.
And, BRCM’s strong denial in face of such evidence IMO would not set well with the judge.
