I think it is worth everyone gobbling all available shares you want to exercise off the market now, and not sell for next 6 to 9 months.
Reason 1: Making GE happy by having 70% shares.
Reason 2: Making major squeeze inevitable.
Outcome, since GE is happy, he triggers quality dividends, and the flow PRs and top EBITA pops the PPS.
Yet, if you wiped the market by Oct, and the price goes well beyond 2.75, sell enough to exercise all you shares. Not the ideal case for GE, but he can live with it.
This is a unique opportunity, IMO. Once gone, it's history.
