Looking into the details, the paper breaks them down by either sector or market size, and has 75% and 50% numbers. Here we go:

For years the cash comp has been well over 3X that of the top 25% of BODs. With the Court ordered cut, it is still way over the top 25%.

And who thinks this BODs performance has justified top 25% anyway?
