I hit the ask too. Afterall, bid sitting (when in the red) means you are hurting your own investment. Yes, lowering one's average is good), but making it a deeper shade of red is silly. Looking for greener days ahead. Doesn't take a lot of money to move the needle UP.

A .05 spread on a < .30 stock, 16%+? I'll take a 16% discount to the ask any day.

I'm all in favor of hitting the ask and taking out those ask walls so the price can run, but I'm not helping the MMs make 16% on the spread
