Per 10Q,Page 4, OMVS's Liabilities increased from $15,262,592 to $18,430,304 (Its Liabilities Increasing MORE than $3ml in just one(1) quarter while its revenue DIDN'T increase, Its revenue still= $0.0(ZERO revenue))

The above is Bad, VERY Bad news for omvs!
