If you look into what has happened there is a lot to like, the Gilis family one of which is the current CEO bought over 250M shares on the open market prior to becoming CEO when their company was acquired by LIGA

There is a lot of nice things happening here

Think you're gonna be happy you did...this is Deja vu here again...this is moving just like it did before when we ran, thinkin' though we are going to be running much further this time, and God forbid we get some great news here outside of finally getting things straightened out with the OTC boards...LIGA I believe could be at, around or passed that .05 mark in a short amount of time here...depends on what they've been doing behind the scenes and, as far as I believe...if they've been steadily working on things without releasing each and every update to us publically...this could BE HUGE!!!
