So Dan Byrnes took money out of a retirement fund and invested it in SRSR and that makes him a scammer? Seems to be he was the one scammed and is paying the price just like Currah/Keevil will pay the price for scamming SRSR investors for 8 years. Maybe the definition of scam isn't apparent to Currah
