So Let me get this straight.

We are supposed to ignore the fact financials are over a year late
We are supposed to ignore the stop sign
We are supposed to ignore the fact none of the American business that was PRd came to fruition
We are supposed to ignore the fact the CEO himself admits they are so short on money they cannot pay their auditors
We are supposed to ignore the multiple lawsuits from multiple parties (including lenders/attorney's/former employees) against this company
We are supposed to ignore the $5mm loss on the last financials that were provided years ago
We are supposed to ignore the fact they lost their office

...and we are supposed to put 100% faith in FB posts provided by a person that has been caught in multiple lies, is a criminal with multiple DUIs, and just had their parole repealed for breaking the law again.
