HOPE I am wrong ....

There are investors/firms that "speculate" on the viability of success of litigation. There does not seem to be any positive interest on the success of DECN's case against JNJ AS WELL AS the new products.

Abbott knocks off 17 countries with reimbursements and DECN has a business and philanthropic COUP in Third World Countries while still operating at a loss, still no sign of the "significant" big box player signed up August 2016, and on and on ..... TIME for BERMAN to step ASIDE!

Monday JNJ must respond to DECN's last response - Let's see if the SP moves - Is any business or even industry observer looking?

Techies maybe great with ideas but not always with execution, market share, share price and results. The best product in the world is USELESS if not sold to the masses.

"In my view...."

Now I can live with that.

If I understand you right, you believe DECN's inability to develop a Domestic market for Gensure is significant:"I've seen other companies take to foreign markets because "a domestic market has not developed" and was always left wondering why".

Did you ever arrive to any conclusions?

And curiously,In those instances in which you've observed other companies taking this route with a product, did you follow those companies long enuff to know how those launches fared?

You mentioned,

"I suspect that the lack of market activity was more likely attributable to the fact that no one seems to care about or believe what the company publishes, regardless of its significance."

That might be true.

But the market tends to sniff out legitimate
opportunities to make money, and that PR seemingly didn't have anything of "legitimacy" in it.

I'd also suggest A companies track record is taken into account,I believe this clearly has contributed to whether the market cares about DECN or not. In fact,I'd say it's abysmal track record is actually detrimental to attracting investors(vs traders/flippers).

One caveat,in Pinkie land, all it takes is a P&D "attack" triggered by a PR such as this to all of a sudden have the stock price move, whether there was anything significant in the PR or not.

So absent of that phenomenon,as we just concluded, the "investor" pool that casually looks for investment opportunities on the Pink sheets apparently doesn't care(or as I am also suggesting, just staying away from DECN) about DECN's launch of Gensure.
