I have never met Gary, nor can I condone his actions, I have always been and surrounded myself by sports enthusiasts, and know, in general they are very good people, why, because like me, we know there is much more to life, then the dollar,,,or a stocks pps, and we most appericate our health, and family's health, and our time, and we unlike you, do not use our negative sides of our brains, even if we loose a race, crash, or just have a tough day, we always strive for a better result next time, so with that said, what ever Gary's doing,ill or not, I believe the athlete in him will prevail and he will make an epic return, and as for you reading into court case a condemning a person, they always make it sound much worst then it really is, and being i am also a computer guy, I do understand how these fix it computer schemes work, and will be honest, if they can down load their program onto your computer, or tablet, or phone, telling you your computer is infected, trust me, so can a real virus, if anything, the end result they did fix security issues, and have secured your computer,yes they did it blantent way, by tricking you, however end result, and why millions gave them money, is once your computor is infected, a few hundred dollars is the least of your problems, i just think, it was a poor marketing scheme, went bad, but like I say, they did help show people just how easily it was to hijack their computer,,,think maybe I should defended them, lol, just goes to show, we have some tech savvy personal, lets pray they have learned, a valuable lesson, and will use their knowledge and skills more positively this time,,,
