Oily, hope you're not referring to the gift of interpretation of tongues in relation to your posts (or as you put it: interpretation of "speeches").

The Gifts of the Holy Spirit are sacred ground, given by the Lord to His people to minister to one another. This gift of interpretation of tongues is given to interpret the other gift mentioned: diverse kinds of tongues, which is a message spoken in another or unknown tongue for the edifying of God's people...it is a direct message from the Lord given by the Holy Spirit.

I'm glad to see the Bible scriptures on IHUB, but please use them the way God intended.
