If you actually handed money to Pete Ubaldi and he issued you shares then you are right and that is the small exception to what I said (I also fall into that category). I also bought the large majority of my shares on the open market. I was referring to the vast majority of shareholders that bought their shares through a brokerage on the open market. Hold tight, you may be rewarded someday.
