NIPTON CALIFORNIA PURCHASE
Based on the incredible email response we’ve witnessed over the past month, the purchase of magical Nipton is obviously very exciting for all of us. Over these past few weeks, American Green is finishing up the month-long required checking of inventory of all of Nipton’s natural resources and deeded properties. (Water quality, Nipton Trading Post, Nipton Restaurant, deeds and titles, etc.!

VIRGINIA AVENUE CANNABIS GROW IN PHOENIX
Well, if building a 12,000 grow from a hollowed out building was easy, they’d call it “printing money!” The company has seen myriad challenges since it took possession of an old rebar manufacturing facility in West Phoenix. But, our time is coming. Over the next few weeks and months, shareholders will be able to witness the final phases of the grow facility coming together from the vantage point of their own PC or phone. We expect the facility to yield some of the finest medicinal cannabis available in the state.
THE AGM VERIFIED VENDING SYSTEM
American Green (with the help of its technology partner PanPacific International) has built and is marketing a proprietary system installed within a machine that is capable of confirming the identity of the purchaser prior to securely delivering all types of regulated products.
Soon these AGM Machines will begin “popping up,” it will seem like an “overnight sensation” to some of our shareholders. Only some of you “old-timers” will know the years of challenges American Green faced to get us here.
