Incorrect - the problem I brought up is that you are using illegal business practices to take away user privileges. By doing this, you are actually creating a much bigger problem in that you are taking away services that some of the users paid for (such as private messaging - like myself). You wrongfully took away 7 days of paid services of mine. THE BIG PROBLEM is that you can't take away my paid services using illegal business practices. Besides being illegal, it doesn't sit well with your user base.

Since you do illegally take away user's posting privileges, and you CAN'T FIND A WAY AROUND THIS TYPE OF ILLEGAL BUSINESS PRACTICE apparently, then at least issue the user a prorated refund for the services that they paid for. After all, you did take away their services illegally, and your methods for taking away users privileges (and money) will sometimes cause you to wrongfully take away an innocent user's privileges (and paid services). This is a HUGE FAULT in a business - especially because of what it does to the reputation of the business. By issuing a refund, you avoid a different, more serious offense, theft.
