I have an MMJ Card in Illinois.

They still charge me sales tax at the dispensary.

I think there is a rather large percentage of the population that would want a recommendation. Lots of elderly go to the Doc just for attention. Plus there are all the other services.

Never thought of the tax issue LCL. It sure makes sense! MMJ would be a non-taxed medicine. I imagine that taxes on recreational MJ will likely be exorbitant! Doesn't the Canadian VA already prescribe MMJ for PTSD?
