My preference will be for the 1.5 Billion shares be removed 2 weeks after a signed deal with GM. just saying, really how can one top that sign Big 3. also, how often has that been done. One small company have a product where all 3 Car Mfg's buy their product. that idea seems rare/hard to do. (Sirius/XM radio has done it.)

It's simple in layman terms, demand vs supply. By reducing OS, supply will be less and as long as demand for shares increases which happens when more deals are signed PPS rises. But how much no one knows.
This person seems to not understand this simple concept as how stock market operates.
