My guess is 12japan has a 12/31 year end. Since 12japan has all the sales it probably makes the audit combining reyc numbers with 12japans #s easier by aligning with 12japans fiscal year end of 12/31 Jmho

These are my sentiments as well. I have a gut feeling the 8k is a precursor. I have a feeling we'll see news drop either tomorrow or Monday. The fiscal change is another small but significant indicator of a company positioning to go big RETC $$$
