I think everyone at this point knows the audit is out of Ed's hands and in M&K.
And with all the hints he's dropped in the past 6 months there sure seems to be a lot going on behind the scenes just waiting for all the timing to be right to execute.
IMHO this will payoff to whoever has a stake.
