Personally I wouldn't be blaming Steve for ALL of this. Garret Parsons is the one that sweet talked Steve into this pennystock in all likelihood. Steve is merely the storyline for the toxic note holders. While I don't like all the pumping that went on for months before the merger was finalized I suspect Steve was just being naive. This sort of thing happens all the time with these pennystocks. Too bad Steve went this route to raise the money he needed. I believe he grabbed the wrong lifeline to grow his business.
